Dr. Lohith Reddy has specialization with a fellowship from the European Society of Medical Oncology, St. Gallen, Switzerland, a fellowship on proton and carbon Ion, Pavia, Italy, a fellowship on proton therapy in Essen, Germany and another fellowship in SRS-SBRT, from Germany. He has been trained in high precision radiotherapy techniques like 3DCRT, IMRT and IGRT (Tomo-therapy), SART, SBRT or commonly known as Cyber-knife. Dr. Lohith also has special training in proton therapy, carbon ion therapy and brachytherapy. He heads the precision oncology initiative at HCG, dealing with Radiomics and Radio-genomics, to personalize cancer therapy. He also has expertise in active precision oncology research in the imaging space and the usage of artificial intelligence in prognosticating and predicting the outcomes and side-effects of cancer by developing a concept of Radiomics and Radio-genomics and now heads an integrated team of doctors and engineers to develop Machine learning and deep learning algorithms in the oncology space. Dr. Lohith is currently the Lead consultant for the Immune-Rad program to evaluate the combinations and developing protocols for immunotherapy combinations (Specific-PDL-1 and PD-1 Inhibitors& nonspecific cell based therapies such as T cells and dendritic cells) with Cyber-knife stereotactic radiosurgery & body radiotherapy. Dr. Lohith was a nominated faculty at Harvard Business School for Accelerating precision medicine in oncology. He has presented in various national and international conferences and has scientific publications in indexed journals to his credit and has been an invited speaker at many multinational companies educating people about 4 P's of cancer care-Prevention, Prediction, Precision, and Personalization and also involved in social causes to help cancer patients attain financial help for treatment via Indian cancer society& HCG foundation with a concept of crowd funding.
