Dr Bhelotkar completed her MMBS from MGM Medical College, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She did her MS in General Surgery from SS Medical College and Awadesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. She later pursued DNB ( Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery )from LPS Institute of Cardiology, Kanpur and National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.
