Dr. Abhishek Kumar, is a Senior Consultant in Nephrology at Manipal Hospitals, E.M. Bypass, Kolkata. After more than a decade working in the medical industry, he has solidified his reputation as a top authority in his area of expertise. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from CALCUTTA NATIONAL MEDICAL COLLEGE KOLKATA. Subsequently, he completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in INTERNAL MEDICINE from R.G.KAR MEDICAL COLLEGE KOLKATA.

A deeply committed cadaveric transplant program is needed to improve the cadaveric donation rate. Cadaveric organs are nation's invaluable resources, and an organ wasted is a life wasted.
